The new Lawrence Village at the Fort provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Lawrence community.
During the development process for Lawrence Village at the Fort projects, the FHRA will likely follow the steps outlined below.
- Release RFP’s by invitation and publicly.
- Evaluate proposals and establish a ‘short list’ of finalists.
- Invite presentations and conduct interviews with developers.
- Establish a forum for public comment on proposals.
- Select proposals and engage in negotiations for sales of property.
