Kris Butler, Executive Director: kris@fhra.org
Kris Butler is the Executive Director of the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority. Formerly, the President of the Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce she has worked in a variety of sales, marketing, and advertising positions in St. Louis, Missouri and Indianapolis. While with Performance Development Company, an employee consulting firm, Kris co-authored Business Development is Everyone’s Business. Kris has a Journalism degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Kris is a Lawrence resident and mother of three boys who go to Lawrence Township schools. In her spare time, she teaches spinning classes, runs at Fort Harrison State Park, and attends her fair share of soccer and baseball games.

Mr. Riggs was stationed at Fort Harrison when it closed in 1995. Riggs is responsible for the maintenance of contracts, facilities, and overseeing financial management practices of the FHRA. He is also a Lt. Colonel in the Indiana National Guard.
Jenny Baker, Executive Assistant: jenny@fhra.org
Jennifer Baker is a life long Marion County resident, having lived in the Lawrence area for many years. A Lawrence Central High School graduate, Jennifer is married, and she and her husband have two sons. Jennifer joined the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority (FHRA) as the Executive Assistant and has over 15 years of administrative experience. Her extensive experience in real estate and customer service makes her an excellent addition to the FHRA team especially as we develop Lawrence Village at the Fort.
