Heather Millikan

Executive Assistant

Heather Millikan is a life long resident of Lawrence, Indiana. A graduate from Bishop Chatard High School, Heather is married and she and her husband have two daughters. Heather rejoined the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority (FHRA) as Executive Assistant after being away for ten years. In that time away she worked as the Executive Assistant to the former Mayor of Lawrence as well as a Deputy Assessor in the former Lawrence Township Assessor’s Office.

Heather has a Business degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and brings with her a vast range of experience to contribute to the FHRA team.
